Western Inspired Christening
“A western themed party is an all time classy and inspiring theme. That was the reason we chose to use it in this christening, as it offered a variety of fanciful options for the styling and the design of the decoration. Matching with the fall colors of the season, with rust hues, Wild West was the ideal theme for this little boy’s christening celebration. The stationery suite was custom created with watercolor method. It depicted saloons, cactus, buckboards, barrels, horseshoes, and so many elements derived from this historical theme. For the decoration set up, the variety of the candy bar was one of a kind! There were biscuits and donuts with cow effect, chocolate chips reminding of men’s hats, biscuits like sheriff’s badge, barrels, cactus and hats. All of the and delicious things also created a feast for the senses and a treat to the eye! The backdrop represented the façade of a saloon. Plus, it included decorative elements like cactus, a real horse saddle and barrels. There was even an old wheel and reins for horses which also made the scenery so realistic and fanciful. The guests’ gifts were pouches made from cotton bandanas in red, burgundy, grey, white colors. They served to hold the gifts and could be worn afterwards!
