This is what Brittany shared about the party- “We are big fans of Leslie Knope and our gal pals so throwing a Galentine’s Day Brunch was right up our alley! If you arent familiar with Galentines Day, let me fill you in. It started on the show Parks & Rec. Every February 13, Leslie Knope (Amy Poehlers character) invited all her best gal pals to the waffle house to celebrate their friendship. We constructed the balloon wall out on to foam board that we attached to the wall. Added in gold tassels for flare and greenery to bring it to life. It was the perfect back drop for our waffle bar that included toppings for both savory and sweet taste buds.
