Up, Up & Away 1st Birthday Party Details:
This is what Callie shared about the party- “As the co-founder of a national wedding planning firm, planning my daughters first birthday party was almost more fun than planning my own wedding! My sister and I started We Tie The Knots because of our passion for throwing really amazing parties. We like to thank our Mom for setting the bar high on our over the top childhood birthday parties, so now we get to spoil our little ones.
Party Inspiration
I was inspired to design Willow’s first birthday party around the theme of “Up Up and Away!” by incorporating hot air balloons everywhere possible. I also loved the idea of creating a miniature photobooth for the little ones and their parents… there’s not a lot of options out there when it comes to interactive ideas for a bunch of one year olds. So we created a fake hot air balloon and it was a HIT! I think it’s also extremely important to have professional photos done of your kiddos at least once a year, so you might as well make it happen at their birthday parties. If you’re already dressed nice and have a cute backdrop, having a photographer come a few minutes early is totally worth it to have those moments captured of just your family.” More 1st birthday ideas here: Apple of My Eye Themed Birthday Party Baby Jam Musical Themed 1st Birthday Party
