This is what was shared about the party- “It was a beautiful day to shower an equally beautiful bride-to- be named Kaitlin. And we did just that, with a whimsically literal interpretation of the shower theme! Milk Glass Productions had creatively placed umbrellas at every turn – sprinkled on the invitations, drizzled over cookies, cascading down the cake and they certainly made a spectacle as centerpieces! These elegant statement pieces were open umbrellas draped with fanciful floral vines by Fiori Flowers, standing in a mirrored vase. There was a neutral bridal color palette filled with bright whites and shades of light pink and incorporated organic elements in the florals with figs and citrus fruits. The sophisticated damask linens paired beautifully with the place-settings that had pops of gold, from All Well Rents. The bride, along with her besties and sisters-all dressed up in flowery frocks- got glam hair and makeup professionally done prior to the festivities, thanks to Cassandra Garza (Pink Lashes HMU). It was a super sunny summer day, so thankfully the umbrellas from Weather Or Not Accessories doubled as classy accouterments and functional sun-blockers! The shower took place at the gorgeous home of the bride’s Maid-of-Honor AND Wedding-Planner (Milk Glass Productions) and was stocked full of delicious delectables catered by one of the Bridesmaid’s (Lauren Nau Sandoval) employers- Three Tomatoes Catering. Pretty much the A-Team of Bridal Parties, huh?! The bridal party and vendors combined their talents to create a gorgeous ambiance complemented by food that was both visually appealing and deliciously appetizing. The food was next level and included carefully curated items such as: pulled pork slider in a southern biscuit and 2 types of salad that were on skewers. Family and friends gathered from all over the country to celebrate the bride with food and drinks, games about the couple, presents, and more! What a fun day two days before the wedding!
