Turtle Party Details:This is what Jodi said about the party- “This was for my Nephews joint 1st birthday and naming day. My sister chose a turtle theme as Solomon is just like a turtle. Turtle is a symbol of determination, persistence & resilience despite what obstacles or hurdles get in the way. Slow & steady wins the race. It’s a symbol of peace & ancient wisdom. It’s a symbol of emotional strength & understanding. His little personality was obvious from day dot. He is strong of mind & has a knowing about what he needs. So just like the turtle! The styling was obviously all based around this. Green and white were the colours of choice with the natural tones of wood. The stationary was based on a design of seaweed and moss. The flowers were fresh, crisp and I wanted the soft hanging feel bordering the ‘S’. The moss turtles were a bit of fun and made for great sign stands.
