This is what Dollores said about planning the party- “For my daughter, Laura’s first birthday party I was inspired by the great Brazilian diva, Carmen Miranda. I chose vibrant colors , fruits and flowers to compose a Brazilian tropical setting. At the entrance each guest received a small tropical headband/prop to engage in the festive mood of “Chica Chica Boom Chic”. Everything was hand made , with love , by me , my mother and my aunts”.
