Splish Splash, I invite you to set sail under this Sparkly under the sea 1st Birthday for Emily- the amount of Details are to die for Shells, mermaids , starfish,bubbles were all part of this beautiful girly event – we choose a pastel palette which is one of our favorite , the sparkly wall gave us that sparkly under the sea – and lets talk about the backdrop – the under the sea effect was phenomenal; the technique my vendor used was right on point and had the texture that gave us that under the sea look.
