This is what Melinda said about styling the party:
“I wanted to create a magical, stylish & authentic event with a modern twist for both the children and their parents to enjoy. I decided to use the traditional color pallet of red, royal blue and yellow for the event to stay aligned with Disney’s design. Artificial grass and logs were used throughout this entire set up for the authentic & rustic natural look. To ensure that our party was still elegant and had that royal feel we used velvet royal blue table covers, gorgeous red roses in gold chrome vases, and elegant luxurious white plate chargers with white and gold plates and gold cutleries for the tablescape. Around the tables, we used artificial grass. So, these were paired with yellow and cream cushions to make it really cozy for the children. The end result was jaw-dropping, the colors beautifully complimented each other. Each of the guests received bespoke Snow White themed party favor boxes consisting of Disney limited edition Snow White & Seven Dwarfs tote bag, a Disney Poison apple pencil, a pack of sweets, and one toy figure from the fairy tale. For the dessert table, we used contemporary mirrored gold trays purchased from Oliver Bonas for our beautiful artesian bespoke sweets (Snow White dress & apple-shaped cookies, blue vanilla cupcakes with a red bow, red apple cake pops). The bespoke 3-tiered birthday cake made by the amazing Sweet Passion Cakes was the focal point of the table décor. The little details included whimsical baskets filled with real red apples, life-like forest animal statues such as baby deer, bluebird, squirrel, rabbit, also all the Seven Dwarfs & Snow White soft toys purchased from the original Disney store. Our dessert table set up also included a boxwood backdrop with a gold mirror, such as a Snow White’s silhouette and a bespoke red and gold balloon garland to match the theme. To entertain the children we hired a Snow White Princess with the most beautiful voice who prepared some really fun games and sang some of the original Snow White songs. We played parachute games, princess dress-up and pass the parcel. We played the original Disney Snow White songs in the background. The kids absolutely loved it especially the ‘The Silly Song’ which made everyone get on their feet and dance. We also had an LED ring light photo booth to entertain the guests and capture those special moments. The whole set up was mesmerizing and all of the amazing details made the party a huge success.
