Simple Halloween Dessert Table Details:
Cristina’s party snippet- “October is here and we have the perfect excuse to indulge in (even more) sweet treats a Halloween Party! It was so easy to style this simple dessert table with our black and white Halloween theme printables and our FREE printable bat cake topper. We started with a BOO banner hanging on a string on the wall. This banner has editable text so it can be edited to spell whatever you like! On the opposite side of the table, a chocolate cake covered in white buttercream for good contrast with the black decorations was adorned with our FREE printable Halloween cake topper. Then a few other treats were all it took to bring this set up to life. Our favourite details? The deadly poison (orange soda) and the spider web oreos!
Spider Web Oreo DIY
This was such a quick and easy DIY even for those who are no experts in the kitchen. Simply dip each Oreo cookie in chocolate and put it aside to set (tip: you can also buy these already covered in chocolate). In the meantime, melt some white chocolate in the microwave and pour the melted chocolate into a pastry bag or paper cone. Cut the tip off and draw the spider webs on each cookie. So simple but a nice little detail to tie in with the Halloween party theme! We didnt want this table to be particularly scary, but to make it just a little bit creepy we scattered a few small spiders around the table and on top of the cupcakes frosting. Eek! A matching Trick or Treat sign in a white frame and custom wrapped chocolate bars for guests to take home completed the look. Styling a Halloween Party table doesnt have to be complicated or expensive, just use what you already have in your house, add a few home-made or store-bought sweets and youre good to go. Happy Halloween!” Vendors: Party Printables: MyPartyDesign FREE Halloween Cake Topper: MyParty Design More Halloween printables here! Love Kara’s Party Ideas?
