Tea Party Details:This is what Chrissy said about planning/styling the party- “I chose a tea party theme for my daughters second birthday because she loves to play with her little collection of tea sets. I set out to find a printable package that was colorful and was a mix of vintage and modern. I found the perfect printable set through Jo Studio and began searching for coordinating elements. Nothing says tea party like some lovely desserts so I planned for a dessert buffet complete with French macarons. I opted to not serve tea since the party was for a child and instead served sparkling pink lemonade and sparkling French berry lemonade. The glass milk bottles helped create a vintage feel. Finding teapots and cups that matched were difficult to find so I improvised by painting my own and making the cake feature the teapot. The paper fans were a great backdrop that gave the room great dimension and texture as well as the confetti-filled balloons.. I was thrilled to find photo paper plates again this year which adds an extra special personalized touch. A table was set up for playing tea party for the children and the pink kitchen was a gift and helped service as a cute decoration piece.” Love Kara’s Party Ideas?
