Rustic Horse Party Details:
This is what Anna shared about the party- “For my daughter’s 11th birthday this year we took the family and a few friends horse riding along the glorious beaches near Byron Bay here in Australia. Seahorses Byron Bay organised the ride for us, giving each of the guests their own horse to groom, feed and ride. They cater from adults down to young children, so even my 4 year old could ride her own horse.
Rustic Dessert Station
I took my dessert station to the location and set up a rustic horse themed table. It had aqua accents to provide a pop of colour. I used my custom made hessian table cloth with leather trim and a horse shoe to decorate the table. I filled it with chocolate cupcakes, Peanut butter Tim Tam pops, a few lolly tins, chips, popcorn and savoury rolls for lunch. Also, I made horse favour jars filled with homemade trail mix for each guest to take home. Using a wild horse toy as a cake topper I made a rustic bunting from scraps of aqua fabric. Then, I also used bunting to tie around the lunch rolls and cake pop sticks.
Horse Care Joy
All of the children and adults had the most marvelous time taking care of the their own horse for a day and it gave me such joy to create a special dessert table to celebrate the life of my animal loving daughter.”
