Rustic Chic Baptism + Birthday Party Details:This is what Renata said about designing/styling the party- “If you love rustic, then this white and green baptism will be candy for your eyes! We picked a venue that would WOW the guests so the reception for the baptism was at The Boiler House Loft in Toronto’s historic Distillery District. We wanted to create a chic environment for guests, whilst keeping the color palette suitable for a boy. We decided on soft tones of white with tonnes of greenery, mercury glass vases, oodles of rustic glam with lanterns throughout and candles. The exposed wood tables was the perfect pairing with the classic chiavari chairs. All the women in attendance had a special surprise: hanging from their chairs was a lace floral cone filled with fresh blooms of baby’s breath! Each guest received a caramel candy apple as their party favor. The sweet table was definitely the show stopper: salted caramel macarons, chocolate hazelnut verrines, petit fours with “N”s printed on them as well as organic cotton candy puffs for the little ones! The piece de resistance? Renata De Thomasis, of RDT Events & Beauty, surprised the little prince with custom letters spelling “Noah” made from fresh moss!
