Royal London 1st Birthday Party

Planning a 1st birthday party is so much fun, and when it involves crowns and cakes, and royal elements, it is even more sweet-as-can-be. Speaking of sweet, the sweets in this party, from the expertly-styled doughnut tree to the crown-adorned cookies, really make this event shine! Some of my favorite elements from this 1st Birthday Royal Bash include:

Cute and simplistic cakes dolled up with elegant toppers Union Jack cookies Layered Jell-o mocktail cups A crown crafting station Custom fondant cupcake toppers Milk jugs adorned with ribbon and gold coins and a fun telephone booth entrance!

Royal London 1st Birthday Party Details: This is what Tina said about planning and styling the party- “I’m excited to finally share details from my daughter’s Royal First Birthday. I had just a week to prepare after returning from a family trip to Hawaii, so it was a definitely a challenge. My theme uses colors from the British flag with hits of hot pink and gold. (Think Kate Spade with the red and bright pink.) I DIY’ed a lot of the elements including: Union Jack cookies with royal frosting, Harper London name sign, milk jugs, Jell-o mocktail cups, white chocolate covered Oreos with sprinkles, donut tower, crown craft station, photo booth and red phone booth door entry. I wasn’t able to submit orders for the cake and cupcakes in time for customized pieces so I opted for a simple fondant crown from the cake maker and went to Etsy for cupcake toppers. I made the “1” on the smash cake myself and used London scrapbook/stationary stickers glued to toothpicks to add to the main cake.” Keep up with the British vibe with this Paddington Bear Birthday and this London + Paris Themed Birthday Party.
