Ingredients:

48 oz Vanilla Ice Cream 1 1/2 C Reese’s International Delight Creamer 1/2 Bag Caramel Candies Hard Shell Chocolate Sauce Miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups 3 Cups Crushed Pretzels

Instructions: Set the vanilla ice cream out for about 1/2 hour until it is soft. In a large bowl, mix the vanilla ice cream with 1 1/2 cups Reese’s International Delight Creamer. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and cover the bottom with a layer of ice cream + creamer mixture (about 1 inch thick). Add a thin layer of crushed pretzels on top of the ice cream mixture. Repeat these steps until the pan is full. Place back in the freezer for 2-3 hours, or until frozen. Remove icebox cake from the pan by tipping the pan upside down on a tray or plate. Drizzle the cake with hard shell chocolate sauce, melted caramel sauce, mini Reese’s peanut butter cups and crushed pretzels. Serve and enjoy!
