Party description and instructions from Maxine- “This weekend was my daughter Charlotte’s 1st birthday party! Bittersweet how fast the first year goes by. Since I have a passion for party planning and Charlotte is one of my very favorite “small” things I thought this was a good place to start. I am obsessed with the little details that I truly feel make the party. We held the party at a local carousel and did a modified rainbow color scheme. I wanted it BRIGHT and HAPPY!
