“Halloween should be filled with color if you ask us! A vision of our kids coming out of cauldrons in rainbow order was the start of RainBOO Halloween. Five cauldrons with balloon bubbles, eye balls and bats was the perfect amount of spooky and sweet! We carried the rainbow over to the table. A long black table was set for six and jam packed full of candy. An ombre skeleton laid in the center of the table exploding with candy and cookies, no trick or treating required! Each place setting was layered in a certain color from a hand died runner to a witch party hat and a cookie + cup in a coffin. The kids sat on one long bench (AKA a witches broom) and indulged in all things SWEET! Halloween isn’t just for the kids. We used a vintage dresser to display cocktails, cake and charcuterie for the adults. Cake stands lined up in rainbow order each holding a spooky treat. Gummy worm beer, a two layer ruffle cake and a cake made of Brie were the popular items to enjoy. The dresser was adorned with dried florals, garnished with gilded pumpkins and candles dripping in rainbow wax.
