Halloween Party Details:This is what Marisa said about planning and styling the party- “Halloween – one of my most favourite holiday periods ever! Okay, so it isn’t a holiday in Australia, but nevertheless I LOVE celebrating! The excitement of getting dressed up and taking my kids trick or treating is eagerly awaited in my household. For our Annual Halloween Party in 2014, I went for a very different theme than last year (which was the Monster Carnival), as I really wanted to stick to the ‘original’ Halloween colours of Orange and Black. I also wanted pumpkins! So I came up with this Pumpkin Patch theme. Carli from Dimpleprints again created my vision via her gorgeous printables. I wanted the dessert table to be dark and scary-ish, but not too scary as we always have little children at our Halloween parties :) My awesome husband created a fabulous drinks station buffet for me to use – it’s the same one I used for the Knights and Princesses party, however this was pre-white paint! Cookies were by Short & Sweet Designs – I love candy corn, and although it isn’t big here I just had to have some cookies made in that shape”.
