“Summer is the most perfect season for a poolside picnic party! So, to celebrate the launch of Cali Picnics, Meghan with Parker Grace Events, was inspired by the vintage table top collection from Our Colonial Cottage. The collection combines floral details, gold and brass touches and freshly pressed white hemstitch linens. Ultimately, this helped to create the most amazing luxury picnic event. The venue was the stunning backyard of Molly, from Branches and Blooms. Parker Grace Events added flowers to everything possible to compliment the space which was lush with gorgeous blooms, green grass and mature fig trees. Flower pressed shortbread cookies, by Loria Stern, were the crowd favorite. Plus, individual cheese boards by Danville Cheese were accented with the most colorful dried blooms, and they were oh-so-delicious to boot. Finally, gorgeous homemade floral ice cubes chilled the champagne to perfection. The tablescape was all in the details. Not only was everything aesthetically pleasing, but the details helped to bring an overall feeling to the event. It is difficult to explain, but is always appreciated when noticed. Each seat had a place card candle, hand written by Poptarts and Peonies, and complemented with pressed flowers! Finally, the sophisticated tablescape was completed with a vibrant floral arrangement by Branches and Blooms. It had just the right amount of color. With the table complete, it was time to sit down, pop the champagne and enjoy the gorgeous summer night!
