PJ Masks Superhero Party Details: This is what Natali shared about the party- “One of the best things about being a party planner is the opportunity to work with clients over the years as they celebrate cherished milestones. I’ve had the blessing of working with this family a few times now and couldn’t be happier to have had the opportunity to again work with them on their boys’ birthdays. This PJ Masks party was a double bash for older brother Javon turning 4 and younger brother Josiah turning 1. And just a few weeks earlier I helped this same family throw an epic Ballerina Baby Shower (also featured on Kara’s!) in anticipation of baby sister’s arrival, due this summer! The approach to the theme was obviously heavily superhero character based, but I decided to focus on the three main colors of the characters in the show (Blue, Green and Red) to put a twist on the usual styling of a superhero party. Everything from the enormous 8′ dessert table, piñata installation, kids tables, favor table and dress up area was color blocked in sections–something I’ve never done before but turned out fantastic. It was super bold and visually strong–perfect for a superhero theme! Some key highlights were definitely the piñata installation, dessert table with a variety of custom created desserts as well as huge tiered character cake. There were fabulous larger than life-size black vinyl silhouette cut outs of the characters on the glass pool wall which added visual interest and almost created a backdrop for the tent area. The kids had a ton of fun dressing up in character capes and taking photos in front of the superhero backdrop–there wasn’t a single cape or mask left at the end of the party, the sure sign of a hit! And on a hot day, the frozen drinks machines were run completely dry by our pint sized crime fighters!
