The invitation and all theming was done by me at I Will Invitations and I chose a very light pink and black combination rather than the typical hot pink, to create something a little different. The ticket booth was created by spray-painting an Ikea cardboard play item and the light towers were created with pieces of dowel and plyboard that were spray-painted silver. The red (or pink!) carpet was a long piece of plastic tablecloth held down by wooden stars whilst the ropes were Christmas decorations tied up to road diversions that were crepe-papered black. Activities for the day were dressing up and creating our own rockshow complete with decorated guitars”.
