This is what Shannon said about planning the party- “If there’s something little girls love, no matter what, it’s puppies. Their scruffy ears, their soft paws and especially their wet noses…all squeal-worthy. So there’s nothing better than an entire Puppy Paw-ty birthday! For this adorable party, we started with the sweet pink and brown Puppy Pawty collection from Paige Simple. We used her designs everywhere on the dessert table, from the cupcake toppers to the treat labels to the “toilet water” bottles. The birthday girl especially loved the signs telling her guests to “Dig In” and “Bone Appetit”. It coordinated perfectly with our handmade dog house with dog bone backdrop and puppy themed (human) desserts. We mixed pretzels with peanut butter cereal for Kibbles & Bits, dipped doughnut holes in chocolate for Chocolate Covered Tennis Balls and displayed amazing desserts like cookies from Auntie Bea’s Bakery and candy cabobs from Curlicue’s and Confections. Before digging in however, the guests picked out their very own puppy favor and took them to the Puppy Primping Parlor! There they found paw print soaps from The Scented Retreat, doggie shampoo from Moodylicious and the cutest dog collars from Dog & Bow. Then it was time for a dip in the soapy, sudsy bath!
