Photography Party Details: This is what Courtney shared about the party- “My daughter’s passion for photography has really blossomed over the last year so we decided to celebrate her 10th birthday by hosting a photography themed party. Cameras adorned the dessert table – including 3D and flat fondant camera cupcake toppers, camera shaped sugar cookies and even 3D cookies created by adding an additional round cookie for the lens. Taking a throw back to the days before digital photography – some of the cookies were also decorated as film negatives featuring a variety of flowers. Mason jars filled with flowers centered the party table – complete with a camera crocheted coozie. Other crocheted cameras included key chains dangling from the milk jars and a variety of different camera shaped purses that awaited each girl’s arrival. Cookies spelling out the girls’ names and hanging nameplates on the back of the chairs helped guide the girls to know where to sit. Also at each place setting was a chalkboard placemat that my daughter’s friends could also use at the main attraction: the photo booth. Unlimited use the photo booth produced a bountiful supply of photo strips. The girls could use then use these strips to make a scrapbook, hang them from clothespins on a fabric board, insert them into bookmarks as well as picture frames that they decorated themselves. My daughter’s friends also enjoyed a scavenger hunt in which the clues each highlighted the 10 different birthdays she has celebrated with clues attached to photos of course! The prize at the end of the hunt included camera shaped necklaces and headbands woven out of camera themed fabric. Riley Blake’s “Snap Shot” fabric was evident throughout many components of the party including fun triangular shaped purses and Hannah’s name that hung in front of the dessert table.” Party Supplies Available from this Party:
