“This was a very intimate but classic party that I coordinated for my little girl’s birthday. I think sometimes simple set-ups with the right details can be beautiful. The first important step in any party project is to select the theme. In this case, that was not difficult at all since my daughter’s favorite animal is a deer. I knew Bambi’s magical garden was a perfect choice. After that, I started searching for ideas and creating, which is my favorite part. I incorporated DIY projects like the backdrop rings, floral arrangements, personalized chocolates, favor/goodie bags, hand made invitations and more. In other words, I think that personal touches make the set-up even more special. Meanwhile, as an activity, the guests painted small wooden jewelry boxes to take home at the end of the party. In the end, the adults loved it and the girls invited to the party enjoyed it too. To sum up, it was a lovely celebration, full of colors, flowers, butterflies, but most importantly, love.
