Modern Spooktacular Halloween Party Details:This is what Erin said about planning and styling the party- “I love to make each holiday extra special for my kids! For Halloween, using décor from Undercover Hostess and a few simple DIY’s I was able to create an adorable tablescape that we will use for Halloween dinner! My thought is– you don’t have to have a party to throw one! The banners, plates, forks, napkins, ADORABLE spider cups, balloons, and ghosts were all sourced from Undercover Hostess. The placemats weren’t placemats at all! They were $0.25 cardstock paper from my craft store. I bought branches from the craft store as well, spray painted them black and placed them in a clear vase I had from home. To hide the branches, I printed out black polka dots on computer paper and wrapped that inside the vase – an easy no cost solution! Rather than spend the money blowing up the balloons with helium, I just blew them up myself and scattered them around the floor. The kids had a blast throwing and kicking them around! The striped backdrop was a table linen I had at home and hung up on the wall. With these little touches and a few store bought pieces, I was able to create this adorable table setup (for up to 8 people) for under $75!
