This is what Cristina shared about styling the party- “The life of a party designer: we celebrate the Holidays sometimes months in advance so we can photograph our creations for our customers to see before the actual event. I may not have my Christmas tree up yet, but we had a decorated Christmas table at our house mid-November! I wanted to showcase this cute ‘Christmas Bear’ theme and I thought a Hot Chocolate Bar was perfect for this season so that was the inspiration for this table. The idea was to keep it simple, just a small table to share with family or a few friends. I started by printing and framing the Hot Chocolate Bar Sign. I then filled glass jars with marshmallows, wafer rolls and candy canes. Some cute paper cups and straws and the hot chocolate station was all set. I used the theme’s food labels on the jars (attached with double-sided tape) and some just folded as tent cards. On a white tray I displayed these gorgeous Christmas tree shaped biscuits. I also used some Hershey’s Miniatures that I wrapped in matching chocolate wrappers and placed them on a small cake stand in the centre of the table. There were no cupcakes on this table but that didn’t mean I couldn’t use cupcake toppers in the decor. I just attached them to the straw and candy cane holders. I love adding little details wherever I can! For the banner I hung a piece of string on the wall and draped crepe paper strips in the theme’s colours over it. It was so easy and quick to make but really brought everything together. I’m a big fan of white walls and keeping it simple, but for a party table there’s nothing like a banner or backdrop full of colour to bring it to life!
