Jungle Safari Party Details: As there were a lot of small children invited, I created small brown bags with their names on each. The bags included tiny healthy snacks that they could eat by themselves (an apple juice, a box of organic raisins and a bag of smoothie bites from Kiddylicious). As far as the adult snacks go, I tried to stick to the theme of the party and named the dishes accordingly. For example, the grapes were named crocodile eggs, the olives were snake eyes, etc. Favors: all guests got an animal-shaped cookie. The little ones also received an animal foam mask. My favorite aspects of the party were the raffia table skirt used as a backdrop from where I hung pictures of my son’s first year, the amazing cake, the birthday banner from Etsy and the small snack bags for Leo’s friends.”
