This is what Jhoanee said about planning the party- “When I started planning for my youngest son’s first birthday party earlier this year, I was looking for a theme that was not overly done. I thought Milk and Cookies seemed the way to go. I wanted something simpler in the way of cooking, baking and less stressful compared to the other parties I’ve done with my other children. All I needed to do was basically just make cookies and that’s it. Even, the cake was just going to be an oreo stacked cake (although that quickly changed a few days before the party!). I knew how I wanted to display the goodies and that’s by having a milk stand and a cookie stand. I initially just wanted to hire them but the crafty part of me just said to build one. So I did! In this case, I built two”!
