Harlem Renaissance Bridal Shower Details: This is what Brittany said about planning/styling the party- “Using rich hues of cranberry, plum, and gold we put on the ritz to shower this bride before she becomes a Mrs. Guests were invited to get all dolled up in your twenties attire for this Harlem Rennaisance themed shower. There are so many timeless elements from that period that represent the type of style and elegance which will still cherish today. Using those elements we created an event for the soon to be Mrs. Bivens that she would love and cherish 20 years down the road!! From the showstopper cake to the vintage themed floral centerpieces this event was full of timeless elements that both the bride and her guests loved. As guests walked in they were adorned in vintage elements to add a personal touch that would set the tone for the shower. I created an accesory bar for guests to enjoy that included handmade headpieces, brooches, feather boas, and pearls. The fun didn’t stop there, a jazz saxophone player pla yed of melody of jazz hits, and guests were treated to a twenties dance performance.
