This is what Francisca shared about the party- “I recently baked and styled all the sweets for a Christening dessert spread. It had a unicorn and hot air ballon theme. The color palette was white, pink and gold. I was given carte blanche for the styling of the entire sweet table, which I love but it is a very difficult task. The expectations are very high!! I chose the croquemboche with sugar flowers for the actual Christening cake. I left the other themes for the details, to achieve a very romantic, girly, exquisite and classical yet contemporary setting. The sweets included chocolate and brigadeiro cake pops, lime créme fraiche mini éclairs, spiced cookies, cookies and cream, cinnamon mini donuts, raspberry macarons, white chocolate covered mini Oreos, an almond and port wine naked dripped cake, a chocolate, caramel and red fruits cake and orange with baba de moça Christening cake.
