This is what Oghogho said about styling the party- “2020 was a very weird year and most of us who had big party plans had to either cancel them or adjust the size of the parties due to required social gathering rules. A few months before I planned my son’s birthday party, I kept thinking of what I could do to make it extra special since we couldn’t do as much due to the pandemic. Finally, I came up with a fun and brilliant idea to throw two mini parties on the same day! One party was a virtual one with our family, and the other was a small get together with our closest friends. Armor loves George from Peppa Pig and he also loves rockets so I thought why not throw a George in Space party! Here are the steps I followed to make the party a success… I created the virtual party on Zoom. Next, I created an e-invite on Paperless Post and included the link to the Zoom event. I love creating balloon garlands so I decided to make a fun space-themed garland using George Pig colours. I also got personalized George in Space birthday cards. I had a vision for our birthday cake and ordered it from our favourite cake shop, The Cake Connections. We also had the coolest George in Space cookies and rocket shaped paint-your-own cookies from Stoneybrooktrail, OMG! It was the highlight of the party. Plus, I got some Peppa Pig medals and magnifying glasses as gifts for the kids who attended physically. In the end we had a lot of fun. Plus, Official Peppa Pig wished Armor a happy birthday on Instagram!
