Football Stadium + Creamy Guacamole Recipe
Yields 6 cups guacamole Ingredients: 3 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt 5 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded 8-10 shakes garlic powder 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin Salt and ground black pepper, to taste 1 cup sour cream red cherry tomatoes golden cherry tomatoes Ritz Crackers Directions:
Slice the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the avocado from the skin. Place the yogurt, avocado, garlic powder, lime juice and cumin in a food processor or blender. Mix until smooth. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
Smooth out guacamole on a tray or rectangular platter.
Spoon sour cream into a small ziplock bag with one of the corners snipped off (just a tad).
Starting in the middle of the tray, pipe sour cream into lines resembling football field yard lines.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half and place in guacamole as shown below to resemble football players.
Serve with Ritz Crackers and youre set!
