“I have always wanted to learn how to create a flower crown. What better time to do it than with a make-your-own floral crown station at a bridal shower?! You Floral, a company that ships flowers straight from the wholesaler, provided us with an abundance of romantic florals including blush ranunculus, premium roses, ruscus and feather eucalyptus. Our centerpieces served double duty as they were also the flowers for our floral crowns. I was surprised by how easy and fun it was to create the centerpieces myself! Each guest was set up with everything needed to create their own floral crown including wire, tape, and scissors. We had a blast sipping cocktails and nibbling on floral cookies. There was also a delicious vanilla cake which we decorated ourselves with fresh flowers. In addition to the flower crowns, each guest went home with an elegant Swarovski crystal wine charm as a thank you for coming to celebrate the bride.” Although bridal showers are all about ‘cheers’ and glass clicking, you can still have a memorable social distance bridal shower! Since adults are much better at social distancing than kiddos, just set up individual or household tables with crafting items and snacks/drinks. Then you can still laugh and giggle and have fun….just 6 ft away!
