Happy Monday! Since Mother’s Day is right around the corner Michaels asked me to create a Mother’s Day cake using some brand new Cake Boss products available at Michaels stores!
I decided to make a simple yet elegant white frosted two tiered cake. I love how it turned out. The succulents added the perfect finishing touch.

Like I said, Cake Boss released a variety of new product at Michaels this month that made preparing for Mothers Day a breeze!
I made my cake with the all new Cake Boss Divine White cake mix. I layered three 9″ round cakes for the bottom tier, and three 6″ round cakes for the top.
The new Cake Boss Red Turntable and Cake Stand made frosting my cake So easy! I frosted the cake with the all new Cake Boss vanilla frosting using my Cake Boss offset icing spatula. The frosting went on perfectly.
After the cake was frosted to my liking, I added a few small fresh succulents (make sure they are thoroughly rinsed before placing on cake).
