STEPS: -Using the craft paper punch, punch out a shape near the bottom of the bag, both sides. -Fill your clear cello bag with treats or favors of your choice. So many possibilities and ideas here! -Put your clear cello bag inside the paper bag.
-Fold down the top of the paper bag and punch out two small holes with your regular paper punch. -Thread the ribbon through the top holes and tie.
