County Fair Inspired Farm Birthday Party

“For Sophia’s 2nd Birthday, mom (Stephanie) drew inspiration from their venue, Blackberry Farm, and the local summer county fairs…plus Sophia’s daddy is an actual farmer too!
Decor:
Sophia loves farm animals so we decided to give out plush farm animals as favors that the guests could adopt complete with adoption certificates, name badges and carrying boxes! Farm animals also adorned the custom watercolor invitations, signage and even were featured on the adorable smash cake! County fair + farm touches were used throughout the pavilion in the decorations including the amazing balloon + award + hay bale photo backdrop, the hanging buntings, gingham picnic-style tablecloths, and rustic floral arrangements.
Menu:
Food included pulled chicken, Uncrustables PBJ’s, fresh fruits and vegetables, potato salad, “hay bales and tractor wheels”, and other summer fair favorites. Yummy cupcakes in county fair-inspired flavors served as the main dessert.”
