Cat Birthday Party Details:
This is what Cristina shared about the party- “Ever since I designed this Cat Party theme a few months ago Ive been thinking about how to style a dessert table to go with it and I couldnt be happier with the final result! I love the black, white and pink colour combo and the cute cat illustration in this theme. Setting up a beautiful table for your celebrations can be so easy if you have the right tools. You dont always need expensive decorations or fancy desserts, with the help of some party printables and a little love you can create a pretty table yourself in the comfort of your home. To decorate this table I started by making a few big paper rosettes for the background. I used black, white and pink card stock to go with the colours of this theme and attached them to the wall behind the table. Then I hung the banner that comes with the party pack on top. You can edit the banner to spell your childs name or any other message you like! I set up the table with the cake as a focal point on the left. I used an upside-down fruit bowl to give height to the cake stand and decorated it with the Cat cake toppers. Also, I displayed a few cupcakes in the front, decorated with matching cupcake toppers and wrappers. It wouldnt be a party without some lollies, so I filled a couple of glass jars with Hairballs (vanilla flavoured marshmallows) and Cat Whiskers (musk sticks). I love coming up with fun names for the different foods, its one of my favourite parts of party styling! There were also paw print shaped sugar cookies I baked using a flower shaped cookie cutter, and frosted the paw prints on top with melted dark chocolate. They were delicious! The goodie bags on the right had a thank you label attached with a small wooden peg. You can have a special treat inside each bag, or let the guests fill their own bags with sweets from the party table. A few food labels and chocolate wrappers to finalise and the table was ready! As you can see, its a simple table with enough food for just a few children but using some printables and displaying the food nicely made all the difference. I hope this post inspires you to decorate your own parties too!” More meow-velous cat parties here: Neon Cat Tween Birthday Party Sweet Kitty Cat Birthday Party Love Kara’s Party Ideas?
