“We knew the the Lightyear theme was going to buzz some attention and it did just that! Utopia Haus’ newest white modern bounce + slide combo, 2.0 aligned perfectly with this modern theme and with perfect timing as the latest Buzz Lightyear movie just released in Theaters and soon on Disney +. Our vendor friends were excited to let their creativity soar to infinity and beyond! For styled shoots I simply present a theme, a color palette and a few concepts in mind to my selected vendor friends who I know their style is cohesive with the goal aesthetic and targeted audience. Giving some creative freedom to each vendor is a great way to see magic come to life! For this shoot we hosted a giveaway winner and their guests to enjoy our setup. It was so much fun to see them enjoy the labor of love from each creative vendor and service provider. Venue – The Creative Space in Downtown Sacramento is the perfect blank canvas venue for intimate celebrations and all things creative. We transformed it’s beautiful modern canvas into what felt like another dimension. Attractions – Sips and Floss is a fun Sacramento vendor. Cotton Candy spinning and fresh Churros with customized toppings are just two of their many experiences that we showcased and enjoyed during this styled setup and photoshoot. Utopia Haus styled, planned and supplied the bounce house fun for this setup. We are all about the details and had so much fun watching the Lightyear movie prior to planning to ensure the audience got the full and real experience. Decor – Balloons throughout the setup by Airy Garlands were multi-dimensional and full of color which brought a “wow” factor as guests arrived. Party Favor and Food Containers, Floor Decals and Coloring Pages were made custom by Party With Tash and brought so much magic to the overall details. I could not have expected anything better, it was all perfect! Floral Dust is our go-to Acrylic designer. She made the most beautiful and creative custom menus for the Cotton Candy and Churro carts as well as fun place cards for each setting at the kids table. So in love with every detail! Cookies – made by Nothing Fancy Bakery. As a true Disney fan, she made sure each cookie brought a smile to us and our guests with her details as if they were purchased in the Parks at the Disney resort!
