I love planning my kids’ parties. Hands-on in almost everything. The four corners of our room is my witness. You can never run out of ideas. It’s everywhere! ( Thanks to Pinterest, my bff! ) But I get tired and stressed out too. Sometimes I’m thinking of leaving it to the pros. Tell your theme, pay them and that’s it. But I’ve done a series of parties before. A lot of DIYs, efforts and time given. And I am like, did I make that? Congrats, self! It’s so satisfying to see your finished work. So, at the back of my mind, why would I still hire an event stylist if I’ve made this far now? This birthday was supposed to be a normal outing and we’ll just celebrate her day in Vitalis. But why is there a small set up over there? I don’t know either. Maybe, I really want stressing myself. Props were included in the headcount in the van, serioulsy! Teepees, dreamcatchers, tea sets, and sweets. This year’s theme was just so simple and I am loving all the details!

But more than all of these, I wanted Sarri to feel special on her day and that she would really have fun! Because if she’s happy, Mommy is happy too. I love you so dearly, anak! And thanks to some families and friends too! And Thank You, Lord, You always provide. You never stopped blessing us. More than what the eyes can see, Lord, always bless Sarri with good health, long life, guidance, protection and happiness. May she grow up to be a God-fearing person. Continue to bless my daughters and my family, Lord. I owe everything to You, and without You, we are nothing.”
