Cynthia shared this about her circus printable party collection– “I used one of my printable napkin rings and wrapped the straw dispenser and used a cupcake topper to add that special touch! I also used some of my mini square papers to make the larger mats on the cupcake toppers and also cut them into strips to make little flags on the fruit picks. To make my water bottles pop, I purchased some foam stars to use as coasters.”
