This is what Kelly said about planning the party- “I styled this “Lovebug” dessert table for a little girl that just celebrated her 2nd birthday. Her Mom wanted the “Lovebug” ladybug theme because they call their daughter, Gianna, their little Lovebug so the theme was set! I tried to incorporate lovely little ladybugs all throughout the table and the sweets on the table included, Red Velvet Cupcake Topiaries, 2-tiered Ladybug Cake, Ladybug Oreo Truffle Pops, Sugar cookies, Raspberry Truffle Tarts, Chocolate Cupcakes with Ladybug fondant toppers, Chocolate Covered Oreos with fondant toppers, “Ladybug” Strawberries, and Dirt Cake Shooters with Sugar Cookie flowers and little fondant ladybug’s crawling around on the Oreo “dirt.” ;) My very talented sister-in-law hand-painted the backdrop.
