This is what Kim shared about the party:
“I wanted to create an idyllic woodland party scene, to play on the traditional theme of going on a bear hunt and to recreate those lovely childhood memories we once had, transporting the children into a fairy tale narrative. Using a stylish colour pallet of muted tones of blue, sage and grey, we created a gorgeous luxe picnic using reclaimed wood tables surrounded by cushions, blankets and pouffes in a mix of textures and fabrics. Log slices, woodland foliage and pinecones dressed the table. A stunning bespoke watercolour bear design, by Shiny Happy Party, featured throughout. From the gorgeous pompom hats and super cute lunchboxes, to the mini milk bottles with co-ordinating drinks wraps. Bear shaped plates and wooden cutlery tied with string completed the look. Each place setting featured handmade artisan lollipops from Sugar Pop – designed to match the colour pallet perfectly with a gorgeous bronze bear design. Bespoke props by The Little Wedding Warehouse, included a rustic arrow “Going on a Bear Hunt” sign. Plus, a rehydration station, made from reclaimed wood, was filled with adorable personalized popcorn boxes and mini milk bottles filled with juice. Hanging from the trees was an incredible balloon garland interspersed with ferns, created by The Glitzy Balloon company. A white orb balloon with a sweet bear decal made a cute accessory for the birthday boy to take on his hunt for bears! A stylish canvas tipi, from Scandiborn, complete with hanging wooden feather ties, a miniature peacock chair and rustic lanterns made the perfect den for the little adventurers! Inspired by the natural beauty of the woods, Zuzilicious Cakes created the most stunning birthday cake. With handcrafted details, from the cute bear to the tiny toadstools, it added that fairy-tale twist and really was a work of art! Super cute hand decorated cookies, by Cookie Town, showcased sweet woodland themed designs including a campfire, tipis, bears and paw prints! After a magical bear hunt through the woods, the little guests took home personalised party bags complete with adorable bear motifs, by Make it Friday, tiny colouring books teamed with and cute twig pencils The whole party was magically captured by videographer, Meros Productions, as he created the mesmerising tale of a little boy on his birthday bear hunt!” – Check it out!!!
